Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?
I am based in Sintra, Portugal, and every order will ship from here. I ship internationally but some exceptions might apply.
What payment options are available?
I accept PayPal and Stripe (debit/credit cards) payments.
When will I receive my order?
I personally manage and process all orders within a couple of days after payment is confirmed. I keep a low stock so in some cases it might take an extra 2-3 days to get your fine art print from the local press company I work with. The delivery times will depend on where you’re located – please check the Shipping page for more details. All orders are accompanied by a tracking number.
What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
I take great care into packaging all orders so that the delivery goes smoothly, but please check for any damage that might have occurred during shipping. In case of damages please email me to hello@filipaquadrado.com and add a few photos (in case of careless handling from the delivery company we might be eligible to a refund).
Can I cancel my order or return a painting if I change my mind?
I want nothing but for you to feel excited and happy with your purchase. If you just payed at checkout but changed your mind please contact me through the email hello@filipaquadrado.com. You have 14 days after receiving your order to reach out in case you wish to return the item. Please visit the Return Policy page for details.
Do you do commission work? Can I order a specific painting from you?
I am always looking for new inspiration and subject matters to draw so if you have something in mind that fits my style and theme (animals/plants) please do reach out via email to hello@filipaquadrado.com
