Please note that once you place an order on my web shop you automatically comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
All items/orders are signed, packed and managed by me and shipped from Sintra, Portugal, within 3-4 days after purchase is confirmed. If you’re located in Portugal you will most likely receive your order in under 1 week (5 working days). Outside Portugal these delivery times are expected:
- Europe: 1 to 2 weeks
USA: 2 to 4 weeks*(temporarily suspended)- Rest of the world: 4 weeks
*PLEASE NOTE: I have suspended all orders shipping to the USA for the time being due to costs, tariffs and uncertainty at arrival on USA custom’s offices – I cannot at the moment guarantee the safe arrival of your print or original art.
I keep a low stock, so it might take 2 or 3 extra days for me to get the prints from the fine art press company I work with.
All orders will contain a tracking number, and you’ll receive this information in an email after purchase.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. I offer free shipping on orders above 100€. Some exceptions apply.
Cancellations and Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel your purchase – please reach out via email to hello@filipaquadrado.com. If the reason to return the item is that you changed your mind please return the items in sturdy package and I will only accept if undamaged. The return shipping costs (including a tracking number) will be on your behalf. A refund will be made, but a cancellation fee of 20% will be applied to original pieces and Fine Art Limited Edition items, so I will only refund you 80% of the total value paid for the item returned. The reason for that is the back-and-forth handling might cause damage to one-of-a-kind or limited-run print pieces and lower or remove their value.
Damaged items
All items are carefully packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition. In the event of receiving a damaged item due to shipping, please email me with a few pictures from both the damaged print/item and the damaged package, and I will resend your order at no further cost to you.
Copyright
All rights of the products and illustrations purchased on my website belong to me, the artist, and under no circumstances can they be copied, replicated, or reused in other products. The rights over all illustrations are not transferable with the purchase, including original pieces and illustrations.
All photos and illustrations belong to Filipa Quadrado.
